CMPD Epic Fail!

Cedar Posts can't imagine who within CMPD came up with this plan but I don't think he/she was sober.

This blocking of the pedestrian sidewalk is on Albemarle Road just up from Farm Pond Lane. Wasn't it just recently that city roll out garbage containers in the sidewalk, contributed to the death of a middle school student, along Sharon Road?
