CMPD Officers all wearing hats might look good but they are not very practical for law enforcement work and crowd control.

Cedar's Take: They look the way cops used to look. But a sad reality is that other than for show and to present a certain image to the world those covers don't do much good when it comes to chasing bad guys. Notice the "old fashion" night stick? Hummm....
